All our deliveries and services outside the Netherlands are governed by the Orgalim General Conditions S.2022 for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products.

The general terms and conditions of sale and delivery for the technological industry, as filed by FME at the registry of the District Court of The Hague on May 13, 2022, apply to all agreements regarding deliveries and services to be provided by us.
